I have questions regarding my login email

We understand that you might have questions about your login email for the Filmmaker Portal. Here's a breakdown of how it works:

1. Using Your reveel.net Login:

  • The Filmmaker Portal leverages your existing reveel.net login credentials for a streamlined experience.
  • This means you can use the same email address and password you use for reveel.net to access the Filmmaker Portal.

2. Registration Option:

  • Upon your first login, you'll be presented with the option to register for the Filmmaker Portal using your reveel.net email address.
  • This registration process is quick and will grant you access to submit your films within the Filmmaker Portal.

3. We Encourage a Single Email:

  • While you can technically use a different email for the Filmmaker Portal, we highly recommend using the same email address you use for reveel.net.
  • This simplifies the login process and ensures you receive all relevant communication for both platforms in one place.

4. Support for Login Issues:

  • If you encounter any problems logging in with your reveel.net credentials, please visit the reveel.net support page for assistance.
  • For any questions specific to the Filmmaker Portal registration process, feel free to contact our Filmmaker Portal Support, click Contact Us.
  • You can also change it via the Filmmaker Portal. Just be aware that what's being changed is your Filmmaker registered email address where you will be getting all the communications from us and not your Reveel login as that is static.

By following these guidelines, you'll have a smooth and efficient experience accessing and utilizing the Filmmaker Portal.
