How can I ensure my film maintains suspension of disbelief?

Every filmmaker wants viewers to get pulled into their story and forget they're watching a movie. That's called “suspension of disbelief.” Here's the secret:

Make all the pieces work together.  Think about the acting, dialogue, editing, and how you build your world. When everything feels real and consistent, viewers are more likely to believe it.

If you're worried about your film feeling believable, focus on making each element strong and believable on its own, and then ensure they all fit together seamlessly.
